NEENAH, Wis. – June 23, 2015 – Jesse Nelson has joined Associated Bank as vice president, personal trust relationship manager in the Private Client Services division where he is responsible for investment and retirement planning.

Prior to joining Associated Bank, Nelson served over nine years as investment manager with Schenck Investment Solutions in Appleton.  In that role he provided investment and retirement planning support to clients focused on generating and nurturing new business opportunities.  Nelson brings significant experience in formulating asset allocation strategies, investment analysis and selection, retirement income planning and estate planning for high net worth families and individuals.

Nelson earned a bachelor's degree in history and international studies from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point, and a Master in Business Administration degree in finance and marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. Professionally, he holds the Certified FInancial Planner designation and Series 65 FINRA securities licenses. His office is located at 100 W. Wisconsin Ave.

Keith Peters joins Associated Bank as vice president, personal trust relationship manager in the Private Client Services division. In this role he is responsible for providing financial planning services to prospects and clients to identify needs and offer solutions to meet those needs.

With an extensive history in the financial services industry, Peters most recently held the role of vice president, private wealth manager with Paul Hoffman and Company where he was responsible for providing clients with comprehensive financial planning services designed to discover and identify deficiencies in client’s long-term plans and develop and implement strategies to satisfy those deficiencies.  Peters brings a wealth of knowledge in sales, marketing, and operations.

Peters earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Professionally, he holds Series 7, 24, and 63 FINRA securities licenses as well as Life, Health and Variable insurance licenses. His office His is located at 100 W. Wisconsin Ave.

Douglas Welter has been hired as vice president, private banking relationship manager, with Associated Private Client Services. In this role he is responsible for providing customized banking solutions to the meet the financial and business goals for his high-net-worth clients. Welter provides financial expertise on bank products and services to his clients through collaborative engagement with Consumer and Commercial Banking, Mortgage Banking and Private Client and Institutional Services teams.

Welter brings over 28 years of financial services excellence to this role. He is a graduate of St. Ambrose College having earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance.

Welter is an active member in the community having served on the boards of the Kiwanis, Rotary, Valley and Winnebago Home Builder Associations and Suburban Athletics. His office is located at 100 W. Wisconsin Ave.
