MINNEAPOLIS – September 30, 2019 – Brian Crosby has joined Associated Bank as vice president, community accountability officer. He is responsible for building long-term and effective relationships in support of the company's community strategy in Minnesota and Western Wis. Along with the community accountability team, Crosby works to achieve the goals set forth in the Community Commitment Plan by developing and deepening relationships and partnerships with influencers within organizations that help the bank and impacted lines of business achieve goals for targeted production and investment.
Crosby brings over a decade of nonprofit and corporate experience to Associated Bank, working to ensure client success and inclusion of diverse communities. Since 2016, he has served as financial inclusion manager of Prepare + Prosper, a St. Paul -based nonprofit dedicated to closing the financial capability gap and building financial health for individuals and families through free tax preparation, financial coaching and access to banking and credit building products. Prior to joining Prepare + Prosper, Brian held various positions at 3M, Pace University and Weyerhaeuser.
Crosby holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration – finance from Morehouse College. In the community, he volunteers through local organizations including Jack & Jill of America, Inc. and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
