GREEN BAY, Wis., July 22, 2026 – Associated Bank has been named a Northeast Wisconsin Top Workplace 2026 by Energage in partnership with the USA TODAY NETWORK-Wisconsin, recognizing organizations that foster exceptional, people-first workplace cultures. Associated was one of just 27 employers honored and is receiving the award for the second consecutive year.
Employers are evaluated against organizations of similar size and ranked based solely on confidential employee feedback measuring key drivers of workplace engagement.

The Northeast Wisconsin Top Workplaces program, launched in 2024 by Energage and the USA TODAY NETWORK-Wisconsin, recognizes employers whose employee engagement scores exceed national benchmarks. Winners are determined solely by employee feedback collected through a confidential survey, with participation from at least 35% of an organization's workforce. The benchmarks are based on insights from approximately 30 million employees surveyed by Energage over the past 19 years.
The survey measures workplace experiences that drive employee engagement, including whether employees feel:
- Fairly valued
- Respected and supported
- Empowered to grow
- Connected to the organization's purpose
- Enabled to do their best work
This year, Associated Bank received a Top Workplace recognition for other regions, including, Madison, Wis., Minnesota, St. Louis and Southeast Wisconsin.
