Associated Bank’s Andy Harmening, President and CEO and newly appointed Jayne Hladio, Executive Vice President, President of Private Wealth, are being recognized with 2024 Wisconsin Titan 100, announced by Titan CEO and headline sponsor Wipfli LLP.
The Titan 100 program recognizes Wisconsin’s Top 100 CEO’s & C-level executives. They are the area’s most accomplished business leaders in their industry using criteria that includes demonstrating exceptional leadership, vision, and passion.

Harmening joined Associated Bank in 2021 and immediately undertook an ambitious 100 Days of Listening Tour, meeting with and gathering perspectives from hundreds of colleagues, community members, some of the company’s largest customers and several of its investors. Using these insights, Harmening led the organization through several larger scale initiatives that within two years helped Associated Bank grow from a $35 billion to a $41 billion bank while also driving meaningful change in Associated Bank’s own corporate culture.

Hladio has more than 25 years of market expertise. She leads the bank’s wealth management business including private banking, financial planning, asset management, generational wealth transfer, investment and fiduciary services and trust.
Harmening and Hladio will be honored at the annual Titan 100 awards celebration on January 18, 2024 at Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee.
