CHICAGO – July 12, 2018 – Associated Bank announces the completion of a $39.2 million syndicated construction loan for a 168-unit, age-restricted apartment building to be situated on two adjacent lots located at 630 Waukegan Road and 655 Harmony Lane in Glenview, Illinois. As lead arranger and administrative agent for the syndicated loan, Associated Bank is holding $22.2 million of the loan with $17 million syndicated to Great Southern Bank.
High Street Residential, the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, is developing the project. The four-story building will include a mix of one- and two-bedroom units with an average unit size of approximately 865 square feet. The project also includes a 168-space parking garage and additional surface parking stalls. The site formerly held buildings and parking space that supported a car dealership and a day spa and salon.
