GREEN BAY, Wis. – November 9, 2020 – Associated Bank announced today its plans to move to by-appointment-only lobby access at most branch locations in Illinois and Minnesota, effective November 10. The company will continue to provide drive-thru, ATM and night deposit services, where available.
“Given the continuing rise in COVID-19 cases, it’s important that we take these measures to protect our customers and employees,” said Philip B. Flynn, president and CEO. “We can provide most branch services through our drive-thru lanes and will be available by appointment, for customers who need services inside the branch. We will also continue to operate all ATMs and night deposit boxes, as well as our 24/7 Customer Care center.”
Customers are encouraged to use Associated Bank’s online and mobile banking services, which are available 24/7/365 and allow them to view transactions, check balances, make payments and deposit checks from any location. Customers may also visit AssociatedBank.com to apply online for a new account or loan. If branch services are needed, customers may visit AssociatedBank.com/maps to verify their location’s availability and to schedule an appointment.
Associated moved to drive-thru and by-appointment-only access at its Wisconsin branch locations on October 20. The changes in Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota will remain in effect until further notice. Additional details are available for customers at www.associatedbank.com/COVID-19.
