GREEN BAY, Wis. – August 24, 2023 - Packed to capacity with 144 golfers, the Associated Bank Operations & Technology Second Annual Golf Outing was a great opportunity to raise camaraderie and much appreciated funds for local nonprofit organizations.

“Our goals were to raise money for charity and to enjoy each other’s company through a fun colleague engagement activity,” said David Rauen, IT program manager, who helped coordinate this year’s event. “With amazing weather and a fantastic turnout, we were able to raise $3,000 more than in our inaugural year.”

Through registration fees and fundraising activities, the group raised over $8,800. The majority of funds were donated to The Franki Moscato Foundation in support of their efforts to fight teen suicide in Wisconsin. The remaining funds, coupled with a donation from the Veteran’s Colleague Resource Group went to support The Highground Veteran’s Memorial Park.

“The feeling and experience it provides to be able to give back to our amazing team, as well as these extremely well-deserving charities, is invaluable, and just shows the caring spirt we all can have when we come together,” Rauen said.
