The 35th Annual Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards (CREA) Dinner held on March 9 brought together more than 1,600 of Chicago’s top commercial real estate professionals to both celebrate the outstanding achievements in all facets of the industry and to support the Greater Chicago Food Depository (GCFD). More than $1.3 million was raised to support the food depository’s mission to end hunger in Chicago and Cook County.
Associated Bank has been a proud supporter of the event the past 13 years and this year continued to be the proud presenting sponsor.
As part of the event, Associated also sponsored and presented the Gamechanger Award to Mr. Quintin E Primo III, chairman and CEO of Capri Investment Group, one of the largest minority-owned real estate investment management firms in the United States. Mr. Primo is recognized for being a strategic thinker who makes impactful changes to transform the commercial real estate landscape and is committed to creating more diversity and equity in the communities he serves.
Greg Warsek, senior regional manager, commercial real estate (CRE), Associated Bank, additionally supports the event as a member of the CREA Event Steering Committee since 2008. He also serves on the Blue-Ribbon Panel of CRE professionals that select the finalists from the various submissions.
