Carol, a 94-year-old resident of Felician Village in Manitowoc, Wis., has been enjoying additional time with her loved ones, thanks to a donation from Associated Bank. The $5,000 grant was used to purchase iPads so residents could Facetime with family members and stay safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.

She and other residents have been participating in tech tutoring as part of Felician Village at Home, a program designed to help older adults continue to thrive through involvement, interactions and learning.

“In December, more than 900 virtual visits connected residents with their loved ones,” said Renee Thompson, development officer at Felician Village. “We are so grateful to Associated Bank for providing the funds to purchase several mobile devices. The gift was most appreciated for keeping our residents’ spirits bright!”
