UPDATED OCTOBER 8, 2020
GREEN BAY, Wis. –– October 2, 2020 –– In compliance with Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers’ executive order limiting indoor public gatherings and to help support community health management efforts, Associated Bank announced today its plans to temporarily suspend lobby access at select branch locations. The company plans to resume full branch access on Monday, November 9, subject to public health conditions at that time.
“Associated Bank continues to prioritize the health and well-being of our customers, colleagues and communities,” said David Stein, head of consumer and business banking. “With rising concerns of COVID-19, we felt it prudent to temporarily modify our services by limiting lobby access at select locations.”
The company will continue to provide full lobby and drive-thru services at its larger hub branches. Other locations may transition to drive-thru only services, where available. Smaller branches without drive-thru access may temporarily close.
Customers are encouraged to use Associated Bank’s drive-thru lanes, ATMs, and online and mobile banking for general transactions, or visit AssociatedBank.com to apply online for a new account or loan.
Branch lobbies that remain open have heightened safety measures in place. Customers may contact their branch or visit AssociatedBank.com/maps for updates on services by location. Anyone needing to meet with a banker is encouraged to schedule an appointment to ensure availability and limit wait time.
