Trisha McConkey, residential loan officer for Associated Bank specializing in construction loans, was named Mortgage Professional of the Year at the annual Home Builders Association of St. Louis & Eastern Missouri’s (HBA) Awards Program in April. McConkey is a second time recipient of the award as she also earned the distinguished award in 2016.

The HBA Awards Program is judged by HBA members of Southwest Illinois and Tampa, Fla. Criteria for Mortgage Professional of the Year include number/dollar volume of new home closings, job duties related to the home building industry, approach to client relations/follow-up, market research and more.
