Associated Bank recently donated $5,000 to Habitat for Humanity of Sawyer County.
The donation will be used by Habitat for Humanity to purchase a work trailer for the organization’s ReStore location. Habitat for Humanity ReStores are nonprofit home improvement stores and donation centers that sell new and gently used furniture, home accessories, building materials and appliances to the public for less.
“We are proud to help support Habitat for Humanity of Sawyer County,” said Dan Hinman, Hayward bank manager, Associated Bank. “Through our relationships with local nonprofits, we work together toward safe and attainable housing in our community.”
Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit housing organization working locally and in nearly 1,400 communities across the United States and in approximately 70 countries around the world. Habitat’s vision is of a world where everyone has a decent place to live. Habitat works toward this vision by building and improving homes in partnership with individuals and families in need of a decent and affordable place to live.
