GREEN BAY, Wis. – October 7, 2013 – Rachel Juley has joined Associated Bank as vice president, human resources business partner. In this role she serves as the business partner to business lines and unit leadership, providing core human resource service in alignment with the strategic needs of organization.

Previously Juley served as talent acquisition specialist with Ameriprise Auto & Home Insurance where she led search strategy and candidate recruitment. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point earning a bachelor’s degree in organizational communications and Regis University earning a master’s degree in organizational leadership.

Juley is certified as a Professional in Human Resources and serves as a member of the Society of Human Resources Management – Green Bay chapter. Her office is located at 2870 Holmgren Way.
