MINNEAPOLIS – March 14, 2017 – The National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA) is pleased to acknowledge Ryan Boutwell of Associated Financial Group as one of NAPA’s 2017 Top Retirement Plan Advisors Under 40.

Established in 2014, the list is drawn from nominations provided by NAPA Firm Partners, vetted by a blue ribbon committee of senior advisor industry experts based on a combination of quantitative and qualitative data, and voted on by thousands in the retirement plan industry.  These “Young Guns” are widely seen as the future leaders of the retirement plan advisor industry.

For over 15 years, Ryan Boutwell has provided fiduciary and advisory services to businesses and organizations, optimizing their retirement plan services and helping to build and manage retirement plans. He focuses on helping retirement plan participants achieve positive retirement outcomes and helping employers navigate their fiduciary oversight responsibilities.

“In a vibrant and growing industry, this ‘next generation’ of retirement plan advisors has already made significant contributions,” observes Nevin Adams, NAPA’s chief of marketing & communications, and editor-in-chief of NAPA-Net.  “We are pleased to be able to acknowledge their contributions, as well as the firms that support their efforts.”

“Ryan has a firm grasp of his profession, which has made him a pillar to our company and the clients we serve,” said Dean Hildebrandt, CEO of Associated Benefits and Risk Consulting. “We are proud of Ryan’s leadership and accomplishments.”

The Top Retirement Plan Advisors Under 40 will be featured in the Summer issue of NAPA Net the magazine, and honored at the 2017 NAPA 401(k) Summit.
