ST. LOUIS – July 21, 2014 – Nancy Pozo recently joined Associated Bank in St. Louis as senior vice president in the commercial real estate lending division. She will be primarily focused on helping to expand the client list and grow the loan portfolio in the Kansas City area as well as assisting with new St. Louis relationships.
Pozo joins the team of Jodi Cloninger and Jessica Schanbacher in the St. Louis office.

Cloninger has been with Associated for three years and has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. She is an active member of Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW). Schanbacher has been with Associated for four years and also has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. She is an active member of Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Pozo has 29 years of real estate and finance experience, of which 23 of those were with PNC Bank and its predecessors. She is experienced in the LPO environment, commercial real estate lending and handling distressed commercial real estate assets. She has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Eastern Illinois University. In the community she is the Athletic Boosters Finance Chair at Christian Brothers College High School and is a skilled vocalist, singing the National Anthem at various sporting and charity events.
Pozo splits her time between St. Louis and Kansas City, with her office located at 231 South Bemiston, Suite 700, Clayton, MO.
