Green Bay, Wis. – October 15, 2014 – Minneapolis resident, Alice Etienne recently found hall of famer Randall McDaniel’s missing wallet at the Associated Bank branch on Upland Lane in Maple Grove, Minnesota. The lost wallet is part of a fan engagement and United Way donation program sponsored by Associated Bank.
Etienne located the wallet by tracking clues posted on Associated’s Facebook and Twitter sites. Clues will continue to be posted for additional McDaniel wallets on those social media sites until the middle of November.
For finding the wallet, Etienne and a guest will be invited to an exclusive Associated Bank-hosted event in December where they will have the opportunity to meet and mingle with the former all-pro player at Target Field. Etienne and other Minnesota winners will also receive autographed merchandise and have a photo opportunity with McDaniel.
Approximately 100 McDaniel wallets will be lost and await finding at Associated branches and other prominent locations throughout the state until the middle of November. At the conclusion of the activity, Associated will donate $10,000 to the United Way.
Comparable fan engagement activities are underway in Wisconsin and Illinois where Associated operates branches and offers a wide range of financial services.
Associated Bank has been the bank of the Green Bay Packers since 1919. It recently released a video, Together, celebrating the historic rivalry between the pro football teams in Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota.
