Marcus Adams joins Associated as CRA residential loan officer

ST. LOUIS - August 15, 2012 - Marcus Adams has joined Associated Bank as assistant vice president, Community Reinvestment Act residential loan officer. He will work with first time home buyers to help them obtain down payment assistance funds, as well as their best mortgage solution by assisting them throughout the process from loan origination to signing. Adams' territory includes St. Louis city and county and the Illinois counties of Monroe, Madison and St. Clair. He will also provide educational and homebuyer workshop programs to the public. Adams comes to Associated from the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) where he was office director/senior mortgage consultant. He brings nearly 15 years of mortgage finance experience and is a Certified Housing Counseling Manager and HUD Certified Housing Counselor. His office is located at 231 S. Bemiston #700, St. Louis.
