MILWAUKEE – July 1, 2013 – Donald Cross has been hired as vice president, telecommunications services lead for Associated Bank, where he is responsible for managing a team of telecommunications technicians. His primary duties are supporting Associated Bank’s Telecommunications Voice Over IP Infrastructure. Cross was previously employed by RW Baird as assistant vice president, telecommunications engineer. His office is located at 330 E. Kilbourn Ave.

Carol Pultz joins the Talent Acquisition team of Associated Bank as a talent acquisition consultant. She is responsible for search strategy and candidate recruitment for retail banking in Associated’s North and West regions. Pultz was formerly employed as a customer relationship manager with Kelly Services and has a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. Her office is located at 815 N. Water St.

Bradley Teplin joins Associated Bank as vice president, Residential Lending Regulatory Compliance manager. In this role he is responsible for developing, designing, and implementing processes related to residential default lending compliance. He was formerly an independent consultant and served as a project manager with JP Morgan Chase. Teplin is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in speech communications. His office is located at 330 E. Kilbourn Ave.
