Associated names Henry Barham III Corporate Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer
Barham brings nearly 30 years of operations and compliance experience
GREEN BAY - March 12, 2012 - Associated Banc- Corp (NASDAQ:ASBC) announced today that Henry (Rusty) Barham III has been named Corporate Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer.
Based in Milwaukee, Barham will be responsible for providing strategic direction, leadership and day-to-day management of the Corporate BSA/AML/OFAC program in accordance with the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council's guidelines, the Bank Secrecy Act, the U.S.A. Patriots Act, and the requirements of the Office of Foreign Assets Control. His role also includes managing colleagues in Associated's BSA department, plus management information reporting and required regulatory reporting.

Rusty brings 29 years of experience including Bank Secrecy Act operations and compliance, as well as serving as Associate Counsel. He most recently served as Senior Vice President and Director of Bank Secrecy Act Operations for Hancock Holding Company/Hancock Bank and Whitney Bank in New Orleans. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President and Director of BSA Compliance for Whitney National Bank.
Rusty holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University and is CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) certified.
