Green Bay, Wis. - March 28, 2012 - Associated Banc-Corp (NASDAQ: ASBC) recently donated $50,000 during the Greater Chicago Food Depository 24th Annual Commercial Real Estate Awards Dinner as part of the banks charitable donations to non-profit organizations.

Associated's Commercial Real Estate division chose the Greater Chicago Food Depository for their outstanding work in providing millions of pounds of food to pantries, soup kitchens and shelters in Cook County. The organizations work in providing men, women and children with nutritious food does not go unnoticed by Associated.

Associated's Greg Warsek, Senior Vice President and Regional Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Manager for Chicago and St. Louis, supports the efforts of the Depository as a member of the Event Steering Committee. Warsek's Chicago CRE team and 40 of his internal partners from Credit, Finance, Human Resources and Capital Markets recently volunteered by packing food at the Food Depository Facility. Additionally, Breck Hanson, Executive Vice President, Head of Commercial Real Estate, is currently under consideration to join the organization's Board of Directors.

"By volunteering at the Depository, I wanted to demonstrate the company's support and commitment for a great cause while promoting leadership and dedication to volunteerism."
