GREEN BAY, Wis. – April 8, 2016 – Ellen Kaczmarek joins Associated Bank as ePayments unit manager where she manages ACH and wire transfers for ePayments. She works with bank customers to effectively process direct payroll deposits and wire transfer service needs.

 

With 38 years in the finance industry, Kaczmarek brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this new role with Associated. She previously served as ACH/Lockbox manager with M&I Marshall and Isley. In this role she was responsible for electronic payments through ACH and account payables for corporate clients who had lockbox services.

 

Kaczmarek spent 10 years serving as a volunteer with Angels Grace Hospice in Oconomowoc prior to joining Associated and currently supports children with autism in her community.

 

Kaczmarek’s office is located at 2870 Holmgren Way.  

 

Dena Swanson has joined Associated Bank as senior human resource information systems (HRIS) applications analyst. In this role she is responsible for the digital human resource network and is responsible for maintaining the integrity and reliability of the system. She will analyze and design new features and configurations for the system, developing a new design, and implement the design and configuration changes.

 

Formerly an HRIS development analyst with Bemis Company, Swanson maintained internal and external file transfers from the digital human resource network.

 

Swanson earned a bachelor’s degree in broad area art from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls. Her office is located at 433 Main St.

 

Mary Zellner has been hired as vice president, senior project manager with Associated Bank. In this role she is responsible for facilitating and leading cross-functional teams for the successful execution and implementation of strategic operations and technology projects that result in greater opportunities and efficiencies for colleagues, and improved services for our customers.

 

Zellner has extensive experience in project management and leadership development, having previously served as senior program manager with KForce with where she implemented finance strategic infrastructure projects. Prior to her work with Associated Bank, she held the role of senior program manager with Hospital Sisters Health System where she led teams in implementing enterprise wide technology projects impacting 13 hospitals and hundreds of medical group clinics in Wisconsin and Illinois, resulting in cost savings improved efficiencies for both patients and colleagues.

 

A graduate of Lakeland College, Zellner earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Professionally she is a graduate of Leadership Green Bay and holds a Master Certification in Project Management. Her office is located at 433 Main St.
