MILWAUKEE – May 27, 2014 – Steve Jagusch has been hired as vice president, business intelligence manager with Associated Bank. In this role he will collaborate with internal customers, cross-functional teams and external partners to implement new and automated reporting solutions to create operational efficiencies and provide successful reporting solutions that result in a greater understanding of customer needs by relationship managers.

Prior to joining Associated, Jagusch held the position of senior application consultant with We Energies where he developed a reporting solution for the customer service division to analyze and interpret process efficiency to better serve its customers.

A graduate of the College of Business at the University of Illinois – Chicago, Jagusch earned a bachelor’s degree in information and decision services. His office is located at 330 E. Kilbourn Ave.

Marck Simson has joined Associated Bank as vice president, regulatory compliance where he assists business lines with compliance interpretation, develops sound compliance processes and procedures, and improves efficiency and functionality of compliance systems.

An experienced compliance industry leader with 14 years of service, Simson formerly served as an independent compliance consultant. He provided counsel and recommendations for adapting to changes in the regulatory environment to his clients. Prior to his consulting role, Simson was responsible for compliance interpretation, implementation and systems as compliance officer and account executive with Opus Capital Market Consultants, LLC.

Simson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and economics from the University of Wisconsin – Parkside. His office is located at 330 E. Kilbourn Ave.
