MILWAUKEE – September 18, 2013 – Darren Dewing has been promoted to senior vice president, director of retail distribution, with Associated Bank where he is responsible for successful identification, modification and deployment of the bank’s physical distribution channels, including traditional branches, in-store branches and express locations.

Dewing has thirteen years of banking and corporate real estate experience and previously served as a corporate real estate manager with Associated. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and earned a Master in Business Administration degree from Marquette University.

Active in the community, Dewing is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society and volunteers with the Ronald McDonald House charities and YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee. He has prior service on the board of managers for the West Suburban YMCA and as events auction chair with Ronald McDonald House. Most recently, Dewing was a recipient of the 2013 40 Under 40 award recognized by the Milwaukee Business Journal. His office is located at 330 E. Kilbourn Ave.

Kimberly McCann has been promoted to vice president, loan workout officer, with Associated Bank. She manages all aspects of the Commercial Other Real Estate Owned (OREO) Portfolio that includes diverse real estate products. McCann’s primary responsibility is overseeing proper management of each OREO property during the bank’s ownership and throughout its disposition to ensure minimal risk of any loss to the bank. In addition to overseeing the internal accounting and reporting, she is also responsible for managing all marketing efforts.

McCann has nine years of financial industry experience and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. Her office is located at 330 E. Kilbourn Ave.

Stacey Murphy joins Associated Bank as senior vice president, director of talent management. In this role she provides oversight of the talent management center of excellence that provides talent management, program development and management, talent analytics, and communication. Murphy’s primary focus is colleague performance and development, on-going definition and development of leadership capabilities for leaders at all levels, and succession and career management for executive to mid-level roles.

Prior to joining Associated, Murphy, a 17-year veteran in banking, was the chief executive officer with Consult CORE Group, Inc., an organizational development business focused on developing leaders. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from Lakeland College and a Master in Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin.
