ASHLAND, Wis. – November 02, 2017 – In addition to making a traditional United Way Campaign pledge, Associated Bank colleagues and customers participated in a unique project to stock boxes with much needed supplies for homeless animals and victims of domestic abuse.
The Stock The Box™ campaign was kicked-off on September 11, when Associated Bank colleagues and customers filled boxes with essential supplies, such as pet supplies, cleaning supplies, new clothing and more. Stocked boxes were donated to Chequamegon Humane Association (CHA) and New Day Shelter to support their programs this year.
“Associated Bank is proud to support both organizations by providing needed supplies to help animals and domestic abuse victims,” said Tim Lau, head of community markets and United Way corporate campaign chair at Associated Bank. “We are dedicated to strengthening our communities through corporate giving, employee volunteerism and partnerships with organizations that make our community a great place to live and work.”
Comparable activities are underway throughout Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota where Associated operates branches and offers a wide range of financial services.
