CHICAGO – August 20, 2015 – Associated Bank has announced the closing of a $3,850,000 loan for Chicago-based Zeman Homes for the construction of Pine Ridge Manufactured Housing Community in Linden, Michigan.
The project is a 195-site manufactured housing community located in Linden at 9348 Silver Lake Road, approximately 20 miles southwest of Fenton, Michigan, features a clubhouse and children’s playground. The community has a semi-rural setting with winding streets and changing topography that includes abundant trees and nearby lakes. Residents will enjoy proximity to the Ann Arbor and Northern Oakland County employment markets.
Founded in 1983, Zeman Homes is today one of the largest and most respected manufactured home operators in the country. The company is focused on developing affordable homes while developing, improving and maintaining great neighborhoods. The loan was originated and managed by Senior Vice President Jerry Rotunno of Associated’s Commercial Real Estate division.
