Stevens Point, Wis. - April 20, 2012 - Associated Bank has recently earned the honor of becoming an accredited business of the Wisconsin Better Business Bureau (BBB) with an A+ rating.
BBB accreditation is given to those companies that have a track record of, and agree to continue to uphold, the BBB's standards for businesses. Those standards include being responsive to consumer complaints, being transparent by supplying background information about the company and its principals, advertising honestly and fulfilling any applicable licensing requirements, among many other things.
We Care colleagues, who handle Associated customer complaints, take particular pride in earning BBB Accreditation and the best possible ranking, an A+.
"The We Care team goes above and beyond with every customer," said Diedre LaCasse, Customer Advocacy and Support Manager in Stevens Point. "Our goal is to provide timely and positive resolutions to customer complaints."
Lorraine Avery, Director of Customer Care in Stevens Point, said applying for accreditation started three years ago. "We submitted an application for accreditation and began working with the regional BBB office in an effort to streamline complaint handling." As a result, We Care is able to reduce response time in resolving customer complaints. "The overall outcome is a much better experience for our customers," said Avery.
The BBB accreditation standards are a perfect complement to Associated's vision of being clear, capable and responsive to our customers. Earning BBB Accreditation and an A+ rating is one more way that Associated demonstrates our commitment to building trust and confidence in our customers.
