MILWAUKEE – July 15, 2015 – Sandra Searl has joined Associated Bank as senior vice president, relationship marketing director where she is responsible for business to business relationship marketing strategy and brand management to influence acquisition of customer relationships for the enterprise.

Formerly, Searl served as Miller Lite brand director with SABMiller where she designed, developed and executed brand strategy and content assets for consumer relevance across multiple countries exceeding equity, share and profit goals. She was recognized with the Top 10 SABMiller Global Advertising Copies award in 2014. Prior experience includes roles with Nielsen, Kraft Foods and the non-profit sector.

Searl earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Dayton and a Master in Business Administration degree from Marquette University.

Searl has past community service with several organizations including founding member of the Hispanic Professionals of Greater Milwaukee Mentor Program, Shanghai American Women’s Club, and Marquette University Global Business Brigade. Her office is located at 330 E. Kilbourn Ave.

Jenny Strachota joins Associated Bank as vice president, experiential marketing manager. In this role she is responsible for managing sports sponsorships and all experiential marketing plans surrounding those sponsorships.

Strachota has 12 years of marketing experience having previously served as account director with GMR Marketing where she managed event activations and sponsorships on behalf of many high profile clients in the sports, entertainment, retail, and lifestyle industries.

A graduate of Marquette University, Strachota earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing. Her office is located at 330 E. Kilbourn Ave.
