MILWAUKEE – February 28, 2014 – Timothy Riener has been promoted to marketing analytics manager with Associated Bank where he is responsible for managing a team of modeling analysts and portfolio product managers to create unique analytical solutions for marketing campaigns. This includes developing and supporting research projects, analytics projects, and reporting solutions for various lines of business.

Riener formerly served as senior database modeling analyst with Associated. In this role, he was responsible for mentoring and training team members related to SAS programming and other statistical products. Reiner is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee earning a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in applied economics from Marquette University.

Professionally, Riener is a 25-year member of the National Association of Business Economics and an experienced instructor, teaching economics at several local universities. He has served his country as a member of the U.S. Marine Corps and National Guard and serves as a member of the Grace Bible Church Scholarship Committee.

Susan Schroeder has been hired as senior vice president, compliance officer with Associated Bank. In this role she is responsible for supporting the specialized financial services group through the development and management of a comprehensive risk management program.

With over 27 years of accounting, finance, compliance and operational management experience, Schroeder brings a wealth of skills and knowledge to this position. While serving as vice president, finance manager, with BMO Capital Markets she managed the accounting team for fixed income, derivatives, foreign exchange, retail brokerage, and bank funding and led the budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting for the bank.

Schroeder is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance. Her office is located at 815 N. Water St.

Lance Senoyuit has joined Associated Bank as vice president, virtual sales where he manages a team of high performing virtual sales consultants responsible for new customer acquisition, fostering deeper relationships with existing customers, and supporting the digital channel customer experience. He manages and collaborates with the sales team to leverage targeted customer outreach to achieve sales and revenue goals.

Senoyuit joins Associated from Key Bank where he served as vice president, private and business banking. He graduated from Youngtown State University with a bachelor’s degree in management, Cleveland State University with a Master’s in Business Administration degree, and the Consumer Bankers Association’s Graduate School of Retail Bank Management.
