Associated Bank announces grand opening of new La Crosse branch
LA CROSSE, Wis. - Nov. 17, 2011 - Associated Bank, part of Associated Banc-Corp (NASDAQ: ASBC), announced today the company's plans to celebrate the grand opening of its new branch located within the new Festival Foods Supermarket at 2500 State Road.
The grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled for Friday, Nov. 18 at 12:00 p.m. Mayor Mathias Harter, fellow La Crosse community ambassadors, and the La Crosse Chamber of Commerce will be in attendance.

During the grand opening ceremony, the branch will donate $1,000 to Children's Miracle Network Hospitals at Gundersen Lutheran for their outstanding work in caring for children in the community. Children's Miracle Network Hospitals provides support to families with children who have a variety of healthcare needs. The hospital also helps fund medical equipment and programs to benefit children, increase awareness about the specialty care available for children at Gundersen Lutheran. One-hundred percent of donated funds are directed to children no matter the illness or where they receive their healthcare.
"As a branch we chose Children's Miracle Network Hospitals because they provide a wide variety of support to children in need in La Crosse and neighboring communities," said ProkschTroope. "They not only provide needed support for families of children who have a variety of healthcare needs, but provide specialty care as well."
Grand opening specials will be available for new customers and existing customers of the bank. New customers who open a checking account at the new La Crosse Festival branch will receive a bonus as well as a free first order of Associated Bank logo checks. During the holiday season the branch will host a "Golden Ticket" sweepstakes. Participants can enter by meeting with a banker in the Festival Food aisles to fill out a golden ticket.
