Associated Banc-Corp names three new leaders to its Milwaukee area team
MILWAUKEE - November 28, 2011 - Associated Banc-Corp continues to grow in the Milwaukee area with the naming of three new leaders to its team.
Jeffrey R. Schaefer has been promoted to vice president, business banking division. He is responsible for growth of business portfolios, specifically checking and money market accounts, loans, lines of credit, merchant services and payroll products. His previous position was senior business development officer and he has been with Associated for four years. His office is located at 815 N. Water Street, Milwaukee.
Joel Potter has been promoted to branch manager from an assistant manager. He is in charge of the Associated branch at 704 N. Grand Avenue in Waukesha. In his new role he is responsible for the daily operations of the branch and ensuring excellent customer service as well as managing the bank's small business relationships, consumer lending and new accounts.
Heather Herrera has been hired as branch manager at the Associated Bank located at 2645 N. Mayfair Road in Wauwatosa. In this capacity she is responsible for the daily operations of the branch and ensuring excellent customer service as well as managing the bank's small business relationships, consumer lending and new accounts. She previously worked as a real estate sales agent with First Weber Group, and brings nearly 20 years of bank management, lending and underwriting service experience to the position.
