Associated Banc-Corp adds three to its Milwaukee leadership team
MILWAUKEE - September 14, 2011 - Associated Banc-Corp continues to grow with the addition of three new senior leaders.
Chad Treaster has been hired as senior vice president, director of Associated Trust Company where he oversees a team of regional trust managers. He comes to Associated from M&I Bank where he had 17 years of experience, most recently as senior vice president of Trust Services for its Southeast Wisconsin region. Treaster holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas and a juris doctorate degree from Washburn School of Law. He sits on the board of directors for the Lymphoma and Leukemia Society of Wisconsin.
Hal Delfosse has joined Associated as vice president, treasury management product development. In this role he is responsible for building out features and functionality of existing and new treasury management services. Previously he did treasury management sales for Bank Mutual. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater.
James Hansen has been promoted to vice president, portfolio manager as part of Associated's Power and Utilities division, having previously been an assistant vice president. In his new role he is responsible for underwriting and portfolio management of power and utilities company customers' business. Hansen has been with Associated for six years and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
All three will be based out of Associated's offices at 330 E. Kilbourn Ave. in Milwaukee.
