Associated announces two staffing appointments in Green Bay
GREEN BAY, Wis. - October 8, 2012 - Associated Bank announces two leadership staffing appointments in the Green Bay area.
Doug Tilque has been hired as vice president, relationship manager on Associated's business banking team. He will work with Northeast Wisconsin businesses to help them with their banking needs.
He comes to Associated from Wells Fargo Bank where he held a similar position. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin -Oshkosh with a bachelor's degree in accounting, he brings 10 years of banking experience to his new role.
Gina Alexander has been promoted to senior vice president, senior human resource business partner. She was previously a vice president. In her new role she is responsible for helping departmental leaders at Associated drive their business by identifying, prioritizing, and building organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes. Alexander has been a member of the Associated team for nine years and holds a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in human resource management from Concordia University. She sits on the board of directors for the American Foundation of Counseling Services, Inc.
