GREEN BAY, Wis. - January 30, 2013 - Associated Bank has announced three changes to its Green Bay team.
Daniel Wotruba has been promoted to senior vice president, personal trust manager where he will manage the day-to-day activities of the Personal Trust office in Green Bay. He will also continue with his previous duties as a business development officer. Wotruba offers his clients more than 20 years of personal financial planning expertise, and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay. He is also a member of the Wildlife Sanctuary board of directors and is an active volunteer with Junior Achievement.
Mike Talbot has been promoted to senior vice president, business solutions manager and is now responsible for managing a team that provides project and daily information technology support to the private banking, trust, retirement plan services, brokerage and asset management business units. Currently located in Milwaukee, he will be relocating to Green Bay. Talbot earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire and his master's degree from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.
Marlin Arnholz joins Associated as senior vice president, information technology risk and vendor management process manager. He is responsible for developing and implementing an IT risk management program and a vendor risk management function for Associated. He previously was with The Northern Trust Company where he developed and managed the bank's technology compliance program. Arnholz earned his undergraduate degree from Roosevelt University in Chicago and his master's degree from Northern Illinois University. His office is currently located in Chicago, but he will be relocating to Associated's headquarters in Green Bay.
