Associated announces five new members to its Green Bay area team

GREEN BAY, Wis. - November 28, 2012 - Associated announces five new members to its Green Bay area team.

Michael Teska has been promoted to senior vice president, director of facilities. He is responsible for planning, managing, coordinating and implementing all of the facility-related operational aspects for Associated which includes personnel, contract development administration, construction and project oversight. He is accountable for managing more than three million square feet of owned and leased space throughout out Wisconsin, Minnesota and Illinois. Teska previously was vice president, facilities services manager. A graduate of University of Wisconsin - Madison, Teska also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from UW - Parkside. He has been with Associated since 2010.

Angie DeWitt has been promoted to senior vice president, director of management accounting. In this role she leads the management accounting team in cost and management accounting activities. She previously worked as vice president, accounting manager and has been with Associated since 2008. DeWitt holds both a bachelor's degree and Master of Business Administration degree from Lakeland College. "We are delighted to be able to promote Angie to this leadership role," said Chris Niles, Associated chief financial officer. "Her qualifications as a certified management accountant and CPA make her the perfect candidate for this position."

Tammy Mleziva has been promoted to vice president, senior finance manager where she is responsible for overseeing the administration of the finance systems for Associated. Most recently Mleziva was an assistant vice president in the finance department and over the past 25 years has held a variety of positions in the department. She is a graduate of Lakeland College with a bachelor's degree in accounting.

Brenda Griep has been promoted to vice president, operations and technology project manager II. She is now responsible for the overall management of strategic technology projects and serves as the liaison for the project team members. She previously was an assistant vice president and has been with Associated for two years. Griep holds associate degrees from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in both marketing and supervisory management.

Paul Williams has been hired as vice president, technology infrastructure project manager where he is responsible for managing organizational projects designed to improve and enhance the bank's information technology infrastructure. Prior to joining Associated Williams was a senior program manager with Pierce Manufacturing. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point.
