MILWAUKEE – October 10, 2013 – Allison Cimpl-Wiemer is named vice president, associate counsel, with Associated Bank. In this role she provides legal support and manages litigation for the Retail Business division. Her primary functions include loan servicing and default services, and responding to branch legal questions.

Formerly, Cimpl-Wiemer served as an attorney in the Commercial Litigation Group of Quarles & Brady, LLP. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with high distinction from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in history and earned a Juris Doctorate degree from Marquette University. Professionally, Cimpl-Wiemer serves as the secretary of Association for Women Lawyers board of directors and member of the American Bar Association, American Bankers Association, Milwaukee Bar Association, and Wisconsin Bar Association.

Daniel Elmer has been hired as assistant vice president, portfolio manager, with Associated Commercial Finance, where he works to grow the bank’s asset based lending portfolio. Through underwriting and structuring debt product solutions for clients and prospects, Elmer focuses on delivering superior customer service to his clients.

Elmer most recently served in the commercial lending group with BMO Harris Bank and has experience in the Missouri and Wisconsin marketplaces. He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin and serves on the board of the Menomonee Falls Scholarship and Education Foundation. His office is located at 330 E. Kelly Marzahl has joined Associated’s Strategy, Marketing, Communications and Community department as vice president, senior marketing manager. She is responsible for leading marketing strategies and initiatives for the Private Client and Institutional Services division and working closely with the lines of business to effectively and efficiently synchronize all PCIS sales and marketing strategies and support.

Marzahl has 20 years in the financial industry and previously served as assistant vice president, marketing manager, with Johnson Bank where she led marketing initiatives for the wealth and commercial client segments. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater and a Master’s in Business Administration degree from Marquette University.

In the community Marzahl volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee and is a member of the American Marketing Association. Her office is located at 330 E. Kilbourn Ave.
