MICHIGAN

Birmingham

Stephanie Lemmen has joined Associated Bank as vice president, commercial real estate portfolio manager. In this capacity she is responsible for underwriting new credit transactions and managing Associated’s loan portfolio in its Michigan market. Lemmon comes to Associated from Bank of America where she was a senior credit products officer. She has 12 years of experience working in the financial industry and is a graduate of Albion College.

WISCONSIN

Green Bay

Daniel Wotruba has been promoted to senior vice president, personal trust manager where he will manage the day-to-day activities of the Personal Trust office in Green Bay. He will also continue with his previous duties as a business development officer. Wotruba offers his clients more than 20 years of personal financial planning expertise, and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay. He is also a member of the Wildlife Sanctuary board of directors and is an active volunteer with Junior Achievement.

Mike Talbot has been promoted to senior vice president, business solutions manager and is now responsible for managing a team that provides project and daily information technology support to the private banking, trust, retirement plan services, brokerage and asset management business units. Currently located in Milwaukee, he will be relocating to Green Bay. Talbot earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire and his master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.

La Crosse

Dave Winiecki has been promoted to vice president of commercial banking at Associated Bank. In his new role Winiecki is working with commercial banking clients in southwest Wisconsin to help them with loans, lines of credit, deposit accounts, treasury management services, insurance, investments, retirement plans and mortgages. Winiecki had been in his previous capacity of assistant vice president, relationship manager for about a year. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse, he brings his clients nearly 10 years of banking experience.
