For the second year in a row, Associated Bank is partnering with Marshfield Clinic in their Pink Ribbon Promotion from October 1 – November 30, 2013, in honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Associated branches in Central and Northern Wisconsin will offer pink ribbons to customers and employees for $1 each (people are welcome to donate any amount). Participants can write their name or the name of a loved one on the ribbon for display in the branch.
100 percent of the proceeds will go directly to supporting breast cancer initiatives at Marshfield Clinic.
“Associated is excited to once again participate in Marshfield Clinic’s Pink Ribbon Promotion,” said Heidi Rausch, district manager – Central Wisconsin, Associated Bank. “The awareness created by the pink ribbons is a great reminder to every one of us that getting regular mammograms is important -- and can save your life.”
Participating branches include: Abbotsford, Ashland, Crandon, Eagle River, Hayward, Hurley, Marshfield, Marshfield Festival Foods, Medford County Market, Mercer, Merrill, Minocqua, Mosinee Piggly Wiggly, Neillsville, Park Falls, Pittsville, Plover, Rhinelander, Rothschild Cedar Creek PNS, Stevens Point, Wausau Downtown, Wausau Main, Weston, Wisconsin Rapids and Wittenberg.
