Associated Bank was named the top mortgage originator in Wisconsin. The Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HDMA) Mortgage Origination Market Share Summary, ranks Associated Bank No. 1 in both units and dollar amount. This is the first time Associated ranked No.1 in Wisconsin overall (units and dollars), and the fourth consecutive year as the No. 1 mortgage originator headquartered in Wisconsin.

In 2011, Associated originated more than 17,700 HMDA reportable loans totaling $2.5 billion. The bank helped approximately 507 customers avoid foreclosure, which represents nearly $27.4 million in mortgage loans.
