Associated Center, formerly the Regency building, was built in 1985. Associated was committed to reinvesting and recycling the building, as opposed to razing. As a key corporate citizen of Green Bay, Associated made a conscious decision to bring people downtown and invest resources into the city.
Construction began Fall 2012 and was complete July 2013.
The building boasts a contemporary work place design and many sustainable features. All of the office walls are made of glass as part of the corporate goal to be an open and transparent organization.
Approximately 500 colleagues are located in the Associated Center.
