Each year, Associated Bank colleagues generously provide thousands of volunteer hours, strengthening the communities where they work and live. Since the inception of Associated Bank’s volunteer program in 2012, colleagues have reported more than 460,000 volunteer hours, equating to more than $12.6 million in community service value.

Thanks to the strong colleague volunteer commitment in Portage County, Associated Bank was recently recognized with the 2021 Corporate Volunteer Engagement Award from United Way of Portage County.

Associated encourages colleagues to get involved with causes that support company-sponsored programs, as well as pursue their individual interests. This includes financial education, economic development, housing, hunger, mentoring, board/committee memberships and so much more.
