The second annual Bone Appetit Gala benefiting Secondhand Hounds was held on Wednesday, Sept. 13, at the Aria in Minneapolis, Minn. The evening featured a culinary experience, a meet & greet with some of the rescue dogs and a silent and live auction that contributed to the more than $130,000 raised that night.
Secondhand Hounds is a nonprofit animal rescue in Minnesota. Founded in July of 2009, many volunteers have made a positive impact on the lives of many dogs and cats in the community. Secondhand Hounds organization provides safe shelter, proper veterinary care and daily necessities for animals at risk, while working hard to find each a permanent, loving home.
Associated Bank sponsored the event at a “Bulldog” level of $3,000.
