In partnership with the Minnesota Wild and in the spirit of Children’s Dental Health Month, Associated Bank locations across Minnesota and western Wisconsin are collecting dental supplies to help children and adults in the Twin Cities area.

Associated Bank kicked off a Stock the Box™ for Healthy Smiles campaign on Feb. 8 by collecting dental supplies at the Wild-Blackhawks game at the Xcel Energy Center. The event helped raise more than 650 dental items and $225 for Union Gospel Mission’ Hope Dental Clinic, which provides free dental services to community members in the greater Twin Cities area.

“Minnesota Wild fans are a passionate group, and that passion showed itself in a way that extends beyond hockey,” said Steven Landwehr, corporate social responsibility specialist, Associated Bank, who helped organize the event.

Stock the Box for Healthy Smiles will continue through Feb. 24 at Minnesota and western Wisconsin branches and corporate locations. Those interested in donating new dental supplies such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss, and mouth rinse (preferable alcohol-free) are encouraged to bring items to their local, participating Associated Bank branch.
