Long-time partner University of Wisconsin–Green Bay (UWGB) recently named Associated Bank as its “Recruitment Partner of the Year” for 2015.
Established in 2006, Recruitment Partner of the Year is presented annually by UWGB’s Career Services. Each year, an organization or a community member is chosen for the recognition based on exceptional commitment to Career Services’ mission, which includes creating learning opportunities for UWGB students in their fields of study, supporting professional growth and career development of students/alumni, and being actively involved in recruiting students and alumni for such opportunities.
This commitment extends beyond Associated Bank’s talent acquisition team to include efforts by its leaders and colleagues who graduated from UWGB. The following individuals play an active role in advocating for Associated Bank and recruiting through UWGB:
-
Cordero Barkley, senior client advisor
-
Todd Bartels, commercial banking team leader
-
Jennifer Bauer, talent acquisition consultant
-
Stephanie Crowe, talent acquisition consultant
-
Amy Jo Derenne, lead talent acquisition consultant
-
Denis Hogan, commercial banking business segment leader
-
Doug Kohlbeck, director of consumer and commercial strategy and support
-
Tommie Preslaski, market manager
-
Jeff Schofield, district manager
-

Several of those colleagues were also present to receive the award at a “Dine Like a Professional” lunch on February 29.
“Associated Bank is honored to accept the Recruitment Partner of the Year award for 2015 from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay,” said Schofield. “We take pride in our colleague engagement and visible participation in the seminars and networking events held by local universities.
