Associated Bank will be hosting ‘Associated Bank Community Day’ in celebration of the bank’s historic relationship with the community and the Green Bay Packers, on Sunday, October 25, from noon – 3 p.m., at the Lambeau Field – Tundra Tailgate Zone.

Fans will have the opportunity to meet current and alumni players, play games, enjoy music, support the Brown County United Way, and much more. A short program will be held at 1 p.m. with Mayor Jim Schmitt and Greg Maas, Brown County United Way. This is a free event.

"To celebrate our longstanding relationship with the community and Green Bay Packers, Associated is excited to host this fun and interactive community day for area fans,” said Christopher Piotrowski, executive vice president and chief marketing officer, Associated Bank. “In addition to all the fun events taking place, we’ll be hosting a United Way drive during the event to benefit children and infants throughout the county.”

An alumni and current Packer player will be greeting fans and signing autographs from noon – 1:30 p.m., followed by Packers James Jones and Ahman Green from 1:30 - 3 p.m. Fans will receive an autographed Packers photo and have their photo taken and emailed to them. Fans will not be able to bring their own item for autographing or use their cell phone to take additional photos with the players.

Fans will also have the opportunity to participate in the Associated Bank Fan Experience where they will be treated to a unique and engaging activity where they can throw a pass to a Jordy Nelson and Randall Cobb simulation and celebrate by striking their own unique touchdown celebration pose. During their touchdown celebration, a photo will be taken with an overlay that includes Jordy Nelson, Randall Cobb and Davante Adams, and emailed to the fan for social media sharing.

A variety of interactive family activities include pumpkin decorating, pumpkin bowling, face painting, bean bag toss, field goal kick and football toss, and a Lambeau Leap.

Fans are encouraged to bring a basic needs item for children and infants for donation to the Supporting Our Families Together initiative, a partner program of the Brown County United Way. This initiative assists homeless families with kids that are moving into a home. Vehicles will be on site for collecting: diapers (any size), wipes (unscented), diaper rash cream, night lights, baby monitors, diaper bags, baby sleepers (all sizes), socks (ages newborn to 5), receiving blankets, baby toys, and new and gently used coats, hats and mittens for children and infants.

“The Brown County United Way and the Supporting Our Families Together initiative are so pleased to be part of Associated’s Community Day,” said Sarah Inman, vice-president for community investment & strategic impact at United Way. “The items collected at the event will help many families across the community provide their children with some very basic and important necessities.”
