Funds will support new Homeless Shelter for families and children

Associated Bank donated $5,000 to St. Vincent de Paul of Marshfield to support its new Frederic Ozanam Transitional Homeless Shelter for families with children as part of the banks charitable donations to non-profit organizations.

“I am thrilled that Associated is able to support St. Vincent de Paul of Marshfield,” said John Baur, commercial banking relationship manager, Associated Bank. “It is such a wonderful organization, serving so many people in our community—they truly make an impact in Marshfield.”

Associated Bank provides financial support through charitable donations across its footprint to help create and sustain healthy communities. Associated prioritizes its donation categories with greatest long-term, preventative impact on social and health conditions. Charitable giving has a strategic focus on economic development, health and human services, education, environment and arts & culture.

“Since its inception, Associated has had a rich tradition of providing superior financial services to the communities in which we do business,” said Andrew Ruehl, Vice President, Corporate Social Responsibility Manager.

“As an extension of that commitment Associated is dedicated to giving back through philanthropic endeavors in the communities where we live and serve. Our hope is that through this program, we will continue to foster stronger, more stable communities that will ultimately lead to a more positive future for us all.”

In addition to monetary contributions to non-profit organizations, Associated seeks creative ways to make non-monetary donations, such as used equipment, facility use and other resources to benefit our community partners.
