Associated Bank announced construction is underway at its Madison Varsity location. Located at 640 University Avenue, the new express branch design will provide customers fast, convenient, 24/7 access to the transaction services they use most often. The location will remain open during construction.

During peak times, customers will have access to knowledgeable colleagues who can assist them with opening new accounts and access self-service technology such as online and mobile banking and deposit automation ATMs.

The branch will also provide convenient access to deposit automation ATMs and other self-service options that allow customers to complete secure banking transactions 24/7.

The express branch format is a relatively new concept and will likely be replicated across the bank’s three-state footprint.

We continue to evaluate how to optimize our presence in the Madison area.”

The remodeled branch will not provide business banking services. Business banking services will continue to be available through Associated’s State Street location, which is less than one-half mile away, as well as other branch locations throughout the city.
