Associated has once again been identified as a top place to work through the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s Annual Top Workplaces Survey.
“Being named a top workplace in Southeast Wisconsin is an honor we are proud to have earned for the second consecutive year,” said Chief Human Resources Officer Judy Docter. “We are pleased to also have participated in the Minnesota Star Tribune Top Workplaces Survey.”
For each program, colleagues were given a survey that measured different workplace factors. Their input provided valuable insight on how colleagues feel about the company’s strategic direction, work conditions, career opportunities, and pay and benefits. These results help Associated to continue its focus of building a positive colleague work environment.
This recognition demonstrates Associated’s commitment to its colleagues and shows positive momentum toward being the employer of choice among Midwestern financial service firms. Associated invests in its colleagues and allows them to apply their talent and grow as individuals, both personally and professionally.
A total of 224 companies in 10 Southeastern Wisconsin Counties participated in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s program. Associated ranked 15th overall in the large employer category.
The company ranked 71 out of 85 in the Minnesota Star Tribune’s Mid-sized Company category. 300 companies participated in the program this year.
