This “Company of the Week” is just one example that shows what all our companies do every day. The financial services industry provides extraordinary services to communities throughout America. Employees of Roundtable companies volunteer throughout the year for financial literacy, neighborhood improvement, fundraising, health care, child services, and much more. Every company in the Roundtable dedicates some of their time to community service for the communities they serve.
Associated Bank Presents Bank Your Future: An Interview Meetup Event
Associated Bank, one of the top 50 U.S. Bank holding companies and largest bank headquartered in Wisconsin, in collaboration with the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee, Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) and in partnership with Metro Milwaukee Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Milwaukee Center for Independence hosted Bank Your Future: An Interview Meet Up--an interview forum for 228 students (14 to 19 years old) aimed at providing tools to support their future careers and endeavors.
The day consisted of interview sessions and resume workshops and several breakout sessions featuring a Black Achievers and Sponsor-A-Scholar Alumni panel, presentations on budgeting and managing credit, ethical leadership and managing your online brand. All workshops and sessions were led by 130 Milwaukee area executives from 52 local companies.
Associated’s overall goal was to help these students thrive in today’s competitive economy while providing them with confidence and knowledge. At Associated, we believe our communities are better places to live and work as a result of the combined efforts of individuals and businesses working together to help all of us to reach our full potential.
