Debbie Nevison has been hired as assistant vice president, residential loan officer for Associated Bank. She is responsible for helping customers obtain their best mortgage solution by assisting them throughout the process from loan origination to closing. She works with loans for refinancing, purchasing and new construction. Nevison comes to Associated from Cortrust Mortgage where she was also a loan officer. She is an active member of the Oakdale Chamber of Commerce and enjoys teaching community education courses aimed at first time home buyers. Her office is located at 7860 32nd St., Oakdale.
St. Paul
Trent Bowman has joined Associated Bank as assistant vice president, Community Reinvestment Act residential loan officer. He will work with first time home buyers to help them obtain down payment assistance funds, as well as their best mortgage solution by assisting them throughout the process from loan origination to closing. Bowman brings 17 years of lending experience to the position and is part of the Emerging Markets Home Ownership Initiative. His office is located at 176 Snelling Ave. North, St. Paul.

St. Louis
Marcus Adams has joined Associated Bank as assistant vice president, Community Reinvestment Act residential loan officer. He will work with first time home buyers to help them obtain down payment assistance funds, as well as their best mortgage solution by assisting them throughout the process from loan origination to signing. Adams’ territory includes St. Louis city and county and the Illinois counties of Monroe, Madison and St. Clair. He will also provide educational and homebuyer workshop programs to the public. Adams comes to Associated from the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) where he was office director/senior mortgage consultant. He brings nearly 15 years of mortgage finance experience and is a Certified Housing Counseling Manager and HUD Certified Housing Counselor. His office is located at 231 S. Bemiston #700, St. Louis.

Madison
Susan Collins has joined Associated Bank as senior vice president, fiduciary law senior counsel. In this capacity she provides legal advice for personal trust related matters including trust and estate administration, and portfolio management issues. Previously she was a senior counsel in the legal department at BMO Harris Bank. Collins earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and her law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School. She is based in the Associated offices located at 8040 Excelsior Drive, Madison.
Zachary Scheeler has been named branch manager for the Associated Bank Downtown Madison branch located at 202 State St. Scheeler is responsible for managing the overall operations of the branch while directing activities to help maintain and develop business and consumer relationships. Most recently he was the manager of a U.S. Bank branch in Madison. Scheeler is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison and brings five years of banking experience to the position.
Milwaukee
Scott Cornelius has joined Associated Bank as vice president, relationship manager for commercial banking. Cornelius’ primary responsibilities are to the Wausau, Ashland, Crandon, Eagle River, Hayward, Hurley, Mercer, Minocqua and Park Falls markets. In this capacity he is responsible for business development and managing a portfolio of commercial customers. Prior to joining Associated, Cornelius was a vice president of commercial banking and a business owner. A resident of Kronenwetter, he has been active in the United Way, Junior Achievement and the Wausau Chamber of Commerce. He brings seven years of banking experience to the position and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point.
Anthony Ferro joins Associated as vice president, construction project manager. In this capacity he is the project leader for the new Green Bay corporate office, responsible for design and construction of the new corporate headquarters. Ferro comes to Associated from Kohl’s Department Stores. He is based at 10708 W. Janesville Road, Hales Corners.
Jill Grob has been hired as senior vice president, regulatory compliance audit director where she is responsible for managing all regulatory compliance audits and assessing the corporate compliance program. Prior to joining Associated she was the interim president of Foundations Bank in Pewaukee. Grob brings more than 30 years of experience to her role. A graduate of Mount Mary College she is also a Certified Financial Services Auditor. In the community she serves on the American Cancer Society Christmas Fantasy House committee. Scott Hanson has been hired as vice president, property and casualty insurance sales manager where he manages both a team of sales consultants and a portfolio of customers. Prior to joining Associated he was a marketing vice president with Liberty Mutual. Hanson’s office is located at N16 W23250 Stone Ridge Driver, Ste. 5, Waukesha.
Susan Pickering has joined Associated Private Client & Institutional Services as senior vice president, regional manager for the South region, which includes both Milwaukee and Madison. In this role she is responsible for leading a team of relationship managers who provide comprehensive wealth management services for high-net-worth clients, and retirement plan services for institutions. Pickering brings more than 25 years of financial services experience to her new role, most recently as executive director of private wealth management at JP Morgan in Milwaukee. She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and is a certified public accountant. In the community, Pickering is a commissioner on the Milwaukee County Commission for Persons with Disabilities and is treasurer of the Woman’s Club of Wisconsin. Her office is located at 330 E. William “Beau” Stubbs III joins Associated as vice president, enhanced due diligence manager. In this role he is responsible for helping ensure the bank complies with the Bank Secrecy and Anti-Money Laundering Act. Previously he was employed by Whitney/Hancock Bank as a bank security act/anti-money laundering team leader. A graduate of Tulane University, Stubbs brings seven years of banking industry experience to the position. He enjoys volunteering with the Special Olympics in his free time. Stubbs’ office is located at 330 E. Kilbourn Ave., Milwaukee.
Tim Wnuk has joined Associated Bank as senior vice president, account executive director. In this capacity he is responsible for leading the commercial deposit and treasury management account executive team in its effort to retain and grow commercial customers. Wnuk brings nearly 20 years of experience to the role, most recently as senior vice president and business banking sales manager for PNC Bank in northern Illinois. Wnuk holds a bachelor’s degree from State University of New York and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan. His office is located at 330 E.
