The 29th Annual Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards Dinner on March 16 will bring together more than 1,850 of Chicago’s top architects, brokers, developers, property managers, interior contractors and design professionals to both celebrate the outstanding achievements in all facets of the industry and to support the Greater Chicago Food Depository (GCFD). Last year’s event raised nearly $1,130,000 for local hunger relief.


Associated Bank has been a proud supporter of the event for 15 years and a proud presenting sponsor for seven years.


Greg Warsek, senior regional manager, Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Associated Bank, additionally supports the event as a member of the Event Steering Committee for the past seven years. He also serves on the Blue Ribbon Panel of CRE professionals that select the finalists from the various submissions.


“Associated Bank actively supports the well-being of our communities through a variety of sponsorships and colleague volunteer efforts,” said Warsek. “By volunteering at the depository, the Associated team is part of the effort to help feed those in need in the Chicago community.”


Warsek’s CRE team and 40 of his internal partners from Credit, Finance, Human Resources and Capital Markets volunteer numerous times throughout the year by packing food at the food depository facility.
